Taking advantage of many years of experience in handling Panasonic's batteries and partnerships with battery pack manufacturers in Japan and overseas, we undertake the development of custom battery packs for customers using lithium-ion / polymer cells.
Custom Lithium Battery Packs
In order to develop the best custom battery pack for our customers, we will support you from the stage of
examining the required specifications.
In addition, we will provide the most suitable battery pack manufacturer and lithium-ion battery cell
selection, quotation/development schedule planning, manufacturing/quality control, delivery, and
troubleshooting.
We coordinate between customers and battery pack manufacturers in various processes.
Commissioned development of Custom Lithium Battery Packs
We will support our customers from the stage of considering required specifications.
We select battery pack manufacturers that match the customer's requirements from Japan and overseas, and select the lithium battery cells that are most suitable for the required specifications.
- Supports various cylindrical cells, prismatic cells, and pouch cells. You can achieve the desired voltage capacity by connecting multiple battery cells in series or parallel.
- Please contact us first regardless of the size of the lot quantity. You can also request to obtain the necessary certifications (UL2054, PSE, etc.). Please refer to the next section for an overview of how to proceed with development. "

Overview of how to proceed with development
STEP 1 Specification request
In the development of a custom battery pack, the customer first creates the required specifications
necessary for development (there is no need to write it down in writing; it is fine to list it in an
email).
As for the requested specifications, please provide specifications such as battery pack capacity,
voltage, discharge current, pack material/shape, and charge/discharge protection function. At that
time, we will support the specification study so that the possibility of realization will be high.
For example, even if you are developing a custom battery pack for the first time, we will support you
from the beginning. We can also undertake the development of chargers together with custom battery
packs.
Please also consider outsourcing the charger.
Cell selection ①
Cylindrical/prismatic cell (lithium ion)
Based on the cylindrical standard cell 18650, various sizes (cells of approximately 2,000 mAh to 3,500
mAh) are available.
For prismatic cells, please contact us separately.
The hard pack is an image that can be detached from the equipment. (See photo below) A soft pack is an
image that is embedded in a device and used. (See photo below)
Rather than replacing the battery due to deterioration of the cell, please think of the deterioration
of the cell as the service life of the device.

Pouch cell (lithium polymer)
It is ideal for inclusion in small/lightweight devices such as wearable devices. Pouch cells are
available from approximately 25mAh to 1,550mAh. It is an image that is embedded in the device and
used.
Rather than replacing the battery due to deterioration of the cell, please think of the deterioration
of the cell as the service life of the device.

Design of charge/discharge protection circuit
Lithium batteries have a dangerous image of generating heat and catching fire.
We have a lot of know-how in charge/discharge protection from many years of battery pack development. We
will include a protective circuit for security and safety in the battery pack you entrust.
The charging function of the charger, etc. is also very important for charge/discharge protection. We will
do our best to support the development of your charging function.
Acquisition of various certifications
Lithium batteries must acquire various certifications such as safety standards and transportation
standards. Please entrust us with such troublesome certification acquisition.
Lithium-ion Battery Packs
This is an introduction to lithium-ion battery packs and custom battery packs.
As a general rule, we do not sell cells, but we accept requests for custom battery packs that
incorporate an electronic circuit that prevents overcharging and overdischarging.
After hearing from the customer about the usage conditions of the device and the specifications
required for the battery, we determine the specifications of the cell and battery pack through
meetings, etc., and carry out new development.
We will ask you to set the minimum order unit, and we will respond as a made-to-order product.
